: • Deputize for the Resident Engineer, when required.
• Supervise contractor's work to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents.
• Review contractor's technical submissions.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions.
• Supervise site inspection staff.
• Confirm measure of work done for interim valuations.
• Observe site safety practices.
• Record up-to-date contract information.
• Prepare progress reports as required.
• Confirm correctness and completeness of 'as built' drawings.
• Monitor contractor's compliance with the requirements of approved safety plan and report deficiencies immediately to the Supervisor

Position : Assistant Resident Engineer
Description : VGK is a residential community consisting of 56 Condominium Buildings, 79 Standalone villas and 6 town houses, Village Gardens Katameya is cleverly master planned to include plenty of open, green spaces and lushly landscaped gardens to appease the senses.
Client : Palm Hills Development
• Lead engineers in Buildings Construction project in new Cairo.
• Deals with and reports any technical problem during projects implementation.
• Reports any schedule problems, discusses alternatives for resolving it and agrees on taking the corrective actions.
• Supervise the day to day work of the group assigned to his project.
• Participate as assigned in internal coordination meetings, coordination meetings with vendors and Sub-Contractors.

Position : Senior Site Engineer
Description : The Village is a residential community consisting of 27 Condominium Buildings, The Village is cleverly master planned to include plenty of open, green spaces and lushly landscaped gardens to appease the senses.
Client : PALM HILLS DEVELOPMENT
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead engineer in villas construction project in MADINATY city.
• Team supervisor on concrete works includes controlling and managing all site construction aspects in accordance with the conditions of specifications.
• Execution of structural works as per the approved drawings, allocation of works to all subordinators, controlling the Sub-Contractors' workers, follow up with project manager and construction manager for arranging the required materials.
Project: Madinaty City

Duties and Responsibilities
• Building materials quantification.
• Preparation of time programs for small and compressed projects.
• Pricing for tenders, analysis of performance rates, actual cost, and budget estimate.
• Review offers submitted by subcontractors and issue technical clarifications if necessary and technical evaluation reports.
• Attend pre-award meeting with the successful subcontractor.
• Issuance of material requests for purchase including all items agreed upon during technical clarifications and pre-award meeting.
• Review design calculations and drawings submitted from Design office.
• Supervise execution process during subcontractor's works and resolve technical problems that arise during execution.
• Supervising of some housing buildings in the fields.
• Site engineer in building sequent project to Kuwait ministry of agriculture.
• Supervising of restoration and maintenance for some projects.
