Provide the customers comprehensive updates about their tickets and resolution update adhering with KPI/process standards to maintain maximum satisfaction by customers.
Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements. Generate sales leads.

On boarded new temps by entering employee information into systems.
Resolve conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
