- Emirates Marina Hotel & Spa, Dubai, UAE: Conversion of a 59-storey residential tower (under-construction) into a 5-star hotel. Scope of work included design work for all required modifications in coordination with external consultants and specialists like interior designer, kitchen consultant, security and access control specialist... etc.; and in coordination with ongoing site activities.
