Providing a full spectrum of financial services to corporate clients including: In-depth financial analysis, buy-side and sell-side corporate finance advisory, share valuation and valuation of investment projects, financial structuring and re-engineering, structuring and restructuring of debt/external financing, designing Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as follow-through to due diligence and Investment deal closing. Along with determining the prices at which securities should be offered to private equity firms using DCF and comparative multiples.
Providing full financial, economic & credit analysis and review on existing and prospect corporate clients, risk management, & handling the bank’s risk portfolio, while preparing required periodical reports for Head Office end.
