- Managed a portfolio of products with gross revenues of SR. 50 Million annually. After the departure of the previous Food Service manager within 5 months from my joining; I stepped up to lead the whole business unit.
- Launched & introduced "Cofique" coffee brand in food service channels via vending machines within the first 3 months of joining the company; which included creating the image; labels; taste & flavors and sourcing them out from 4 different countries.
- Grew Goody Food Service Business by 30% vs. Year ago; and Value sales by 10% ahead of volume sales.
Started as a Market Research "CMK" associates manager; then moved to brand management; managing Pampers Brand for the Arabian Peninsula.
- Created the best shopper understanding research in Saudi Arabia serving the sales organization regarding the pharmacies channel.
- Led the innovation & retail research center of Abudawood (IATCO) distributor.
- Persuaded & inspired "Danube" Hypermarkets & Supermarkets' CEO to adopt a new category layout shift in the "Beauty" section inside their stores; based on shopper understanding.
- Worked with the shopper marketing team to develop "Nahdi" ambassador program which was part of the differentiation strategy for the top pharmacy chains.
- Drove the use of "Point of Sale Material" (POSM) assessment tool to be used by brand team during developing & implementing marketing campaigns. Also; Drove the adaption of (in-store claims) tackling the shopper barriers; to be used by trade marketing teams for in-store communication.
- Launched & introduced "Pampers" Premium Care to Saudi & GCC markets as one of the best initiatives executed in 2009 across GCC. In this campaign; we have introduced for the first time in GCC; real doctors interactions with parents during in-malls activities.
- Pushed via lobbying with the GM for more localized efforts to be invested during TV ads shootings for the brand.
Started as a management trainee in Riyadh; then got promoted to become a service manager. After that; got promoted to become After-sales Marketing manager and finally handling the media in the vehicles marketing.
- Introduced "5 on us 5 on you" marketing awareness campaign for Toyota - service to retain customers to be loyal to dealer workshops and maintain their periodic maintenance over there. Results: improved loyalty by 5% despite it was a (below the line) campaign.
- Recognized for outstanding performance in the 3rd quarter of 2006 @ ALJ.
- Won the Kaizen Marathon competition in 2005 as the Best Service Project in KSA at Abdulateef Jameel (ALJ).
