• Act as focal point between the design team, marketing department, sales department, construction team, procurement department, and local authorities permitting team,
• Lead the design process, from the concept stage up to issuance of construction documents,
• Liaise with main developers, external consultants, internal departments and local authorities,
• Arrange for and lead all progress & coordination meetings,
• Preparation of SOW documents for external sub-consultant agreements,
• Coordinating the preparation of tender and contract documents, incorporating tender & post technical bulletins,
• Manage responses to contractor’s RFIs, related to design issues,
• Manage all correspondences between design team and customer services department.
• Lead the design progress and coordination meetings with clients & related disciplines respectively. Preparation and coordination of the architectural design drawings and follow the required processes to obtain the different authorities’ approval (ADM, Civil defense, UPC, WRM).
• Preparation of architectural conceptual design, detail design and coordination with other disciplines design
• Preparation of scope statement of work, planning for project activities, monitoring and controlling design and management activities
• Preparation of technical proposals to win new projects.
• Coordinating the tender and contract documents, incorporating tender & post technical bulletins.
