Working at Prime Business Resort - MAWAN project site office and reporting to Project Director while assisting Client’s Officials,
- Preparing & updating strategy for the Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery and execution of early & basement works, main / superstructure package (Core & Shell) and finishes (Theming, fit-out and rides installation),

- Conducting schedule review meetings with supervision team and contractor regularly,
- Supporting in reviewing and approving Rule of Credit by cost consultant for contractor preliminary activities cost breakdown and payment plans / forecasts in line with project controls requirements,
- Developing policies and procedures related to project controls and implementing them to be used by the contractor for development of detailed works schedule,
- Reviewing contractor baseline construction schedules in line with contract requirements and controls manual,
- Reviewing contractor reports, forecast schedule updates against baseline for progress of works and earned value analysis,
- Accessing project delays using windows analysis technique, performing time impact & impacted as planned analysis to investigate multiple float paths & highlighting concurrent delays,
- Preparing productivity analysis on regular intervals to suggest catchup schedules in order to mitigate contractor delays,
- Reviewing change register maintained by commercial team and taking necessary follow-ups,
