Work on the development of quality policy and implementation, as well as the application of international quality systems through ISO systems and continuous improvement through the application of the mechanisms of manufacturing lean LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma in order to reduce the reasons that lead to increase the proportion of defective and the work of analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when defective products or customer complaints arise with corrective and preventive measures to prevent their recurrence
I manufacture of plastic PET Preform- the primary stage of manufacturing bottle - and bottle, have responsibility about the conformity and nonconformity of product and taking action with it, receiving of incoming material to ensure that they are conform or not and that’s by taking sample to making test on it to determined if accept or not, making test on finished product and certificate of analysis for it.
• .Lead the QC Lab to improve test accuracy (new testing technology research) and instrument reliability.
.Lead the QC Lab in their continuous improvement effort.
Responsible for all activities related to the management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
Previous employment
I have responsibility about water and waste water treatment station and now I responsible on waste water treatment station in Mubarak Police Academy site by making some analysis on incoming water and out coming water and that's to ensure that the treatment process is done by true way The instrument and tests that I do it:
1-PH & T Meter
2-DO Meter
3-B.O.D5 test
4-T.S.S Test
Have responsibilities about the quality of product (PET Preform) by following the product on production line and making test on it using analysis instrument as:
1-Gas Chromatography (Konik HRGC 4000 B) to measure the Acetaldehyde concentration in product and raw material (Resin)
2-Melt Viscometer to measure the interested viscosity of product and resin
3-Moisture analyzer (KF Moisture Meter) to measure the moisture content of resin
4-Profile projector to ensure from the dimensions of neck finish of Preform is conforming.
And that to ensure that the product is conform and no defects are present.
Also have responsibilities about the receiving raw material and following it at using in production and also making testes on it using previous instrument.
Collect the date and reported it and make statistical analysis on it to avoid the critical point at which may be any defect appear in product or machine.
Also I make certificate of analysis for the product.
I receive any complain from customer and make traceability on the product lot.
Quality controls of roads material e.g. sand, grade, sub grade, asphalt......etc and that by performing some experiment on it to see if there is an agreement with the ideal value or not and that’s by using the following instrument:
1- Casagrand instrument for measuring the humidity of sand.
2- Marshal instrument to measure the hardness of asphalt and CBR of sand.
3- Sand cone instrument to measure the density of sand.
4- Broctor instrument for measuring water content of sand.
I follow the application of road to get on best result in other words I concerned with the quality of raw material and following it until finished in its ideal form.
