1. Responsible for the "hard number" results as set in the Company.
2. Understand where My results are vs. the objective and what is the difference and why, with clear action plans to bridge the gap.
3. Effectively communicate with all departments personnel in order to secure and completely conduct all services.
4. Supervise the department managers’ for submitting the daily process procedure on daily basis in order to update the safety and environment quantities within the recently running procedures in order to achieve accurate.
5. To continually judge the standards of housekeeping within the dairy operations and arrange for all necessary work to be completed and to work hard to create and change the culture of professionalism within the staff by continuous and daily repeated focus.
6. Pay a great care to achieve a healthy environment of cooperation between all departments inside the Company.
7. Report any fault, irregularities to the Management.
8. Responsible to ensure systems are in place and effective to sustain and improve the business results, (new systems creation to be communicated).
9. Responsible for the direction, guidance and competence of his areas or function, this includes things such as:
a. Doing a thorough job in training,
b. Timely and comprehensive long-term planning.
c. Ensuring appropriate priorities are established.
d. Allocation of resources is appropriate.
e. Coordinating efforts in various functional areas.
f. Periodically inventorying the required skills for his area and make plans to get/build any missing skills.
g. Representing his area or function in leadership team
1-Implement & Improvement Safety policy & Smoking policy
2-Implement Behavior Observation System (BOS)
3-Improvement the Risk assessment system and train all Manager for risk assessment system
4-Improvement the Incident Investigation & Analysis system
5-Prepares and submit final reports on health, safety and Environmental management and include as part of the handover deliverables and Health and Safety Designers File.
6- Participates in the development and implementation of design office and project safety plans.
7- Assigns and provides technical supervision of project safety performance, qualifications and programs.
8- Reviews contractors on bid list with regard to safety performance, qualifications and programs.
9-Prepares Heath, Safety and Environmental plans.
10- Monitor the construction activities against the requirements of the project’s health, safety and Environmental
1. Implement Safety Hygiene Environmental Program, policies & processes,
2. Arrange the relationship between Contractor &client.
3. Check periodically Subcontractor’s equipment from Safety point of view.
4. Implementing& Getting the ISO 9001, ISO 14001/2004 & OHSAS 18001/2007) in Oct, 2010
5- Monitors the provision by the consultant and contractor of personal protective equipment.
6-Monitor the provision by the contractor of health and safety inductions, briefings and lunch-box talks.
7- Monitors the provision by the Contractor’s off site safety signage and notice boards.
8- Monitors the provision of the Contractor’s off site security measures.
9-Reports on the Contractor’s failure to comply with the requirements of the health, safety and security management system and plan promptly and ensure that immediate and appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
10 Issues of health, safety and security incident reports and register every two weeks and when urgent action must be taken
