• Participate in creating & developing business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination between design, site, customer care, marketing & legal departments.
• Working as a Project coordinator (progress reports, newsletters & briefs).
• Follow the government’s announcements for the new lands.
• Prepare presentation for the new projects for any potential investor.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the clients and stakeholders, having researched their business and requirements.
• Sales follow-up activities.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key role within Business Development.
• Help in producing the newsletter monthly.
• Work closely with Marketing, provide them with all data and materials needed for all the projects.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Collaborate with design to ensure contracted product specifications are accurate and executed on time as agreed.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Manage stakeholders in preparing dev. Briefs, other meetings and acting as company representative for the project when Development Director is not available.
• Identify and define scope and strategy along with Development Director for delivery of the development pipeline including project management, architects, planners, and all engineering discipline.
• Support and assist with master planning and infrastructure planning.
• Assist with product definition, design brief, cost estimation and budgeting initiatives.
• Support the Development Director with leading and coaching project teams to ensure business cases achieve stakeholder approvals.
• Work closely with the Architect and other design consultants in the selection of sub consultants.
• Assist in identifying business risk.
• Study new lands opportunities
• Managing pricing process for all projects.
• Communicate and organize with team members to increase the company's outreach.
• Creating building designs by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications (AutoCAD 2d and REVIT).
• Coordinate with site, construction Consultant and Design Consultant
• Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
• Playing a part in project and team management.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Preparing conceptual designs to delivery.
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal department.
• Working on license and ministerial degree.
• Creating building designs by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications (Auto Cad 2D )
• Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
• Playing a part in project and team management.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Meeting with clients to know their needs and to solve their problems.
• Responsible for units’ interior modification (Quotations and Design).
• Connect by calls or visits with the site to know the site updates for each unit, show and explain the clients’ needs.
