Job description:

• Management of identified regeneration and development projects throughout their development lifecycle: roll out, project initiation, launch preparation, business case development, planning and design development.
• Working with international consultants in Italy & London (BCI - P&P).
• Management of master planning, design and planning processes including the overall coordination of planning application processes.
• Management and coordination of external consultants across the development lifecycle with a specific focus on development delivery options, scheme viability testing, and commercial deal structuring.
• Accountable for the development and execution of the project design, collaborating closely with the international consultant to drive the right outcomes from concept through to delivery and handover stages.
• Establishing Development brief including vision, concept & estimate budget.
• Develop and manage the schedule for the project and ensure that the project is completed within budget and time.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring design brief, regulatory developments conditions, budgets, schedules, financial studies, and design standards.
• Coordinate with the marketing departments to ensure all the relevant marketing material is ready including but limited to the masterplan, floor plans, cut sheets, prototypes renders and lifestyle renders.
• Coordinate with the design and technical departments to ensure all relevant governmental approvals are obtained.
• Participate in the priced inventory sheet in coordination with the sales strategy department.
• Reviews the clients sales contracts in coordination with the legal department.
• Prepare & present the sales training presentation for the sales team to brief them about the project and its relevant products.
• Manage clients requests received through the sales team.
• Report, escalate to management as needed & manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Working in KSA projects, development, urban development & schematic designs (exterior & interior).

• Managing feasibility studies for new projects, research market trends, and business opportunities and compile information for the Management.
• Manage stakeholders in preparing dev. Briefs, other meetings and acting as company representative.
• Communicate with and coordination of the consultant team, including land planners, engineers, architects, utility companies and other third-party consultants, as well as the construction team.
• Surveying the market for identifying and analyzing the design and construction of the project needs of clients and maximizing the opportunities of getting real estate projects.
• Overseeing all aspects of building design, architectural drawings in coordination with Design Team and works with regularity authorities to ensure construction licenses for any real estate development project in a timely manner and supervisor project until handing over.
• Developing and manage the schedule for the project in coordination with the Planning Department and ensure that the project is completed within budget and time.
• Assisting in the real estate development projects operational plan, budget, targets, and performance outcomes and deliver solutions to ensure cost containment.
