• Develop project specifications by studying product design, internal and external stakeholder requirements, needs and performance standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to assess project viability.
• Secure funding through negotiations with investors, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Planning and managing all phases of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure) along with the project sponsor and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively to manage the project scope changes and perform risk management, setup mitigation plans and ensuring any changes to the scope are documented and approved, escalating issues where necessary, with coordination with technical team to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate all project related issues from planning deficiencies to quality defects in engineering, procurement, construction, schedule slippages, contractors and potential cost over runs.
• Performing quality control on budgets, schedules, plans and performance to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Engage in negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other service providers.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts.
• Prepare and present project updates and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

• Executing projects as per contract scope, budget, schedule, and contractual conditions.
• Monitor project deliverables, report on project milestones, and provide timely status reports and update to team members, stakeholders, and project manager.
• Manage the project scope changes and perform risk management, set-up mitigation plans and ensure any changes to the scope are documented and approved, escalating issues where necessary.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Finalizing all projects activities, lessons learned collection, project record books, final as-built drawings and close out report.
