5-Negotiate with Courier companies to get the best offers for shipping the imports from foreign ports .
6-Follow-up charging procedures execution of imports from foreign ports and monitoring their delivery dates to Egyptian ports .
7-Follow-up procedures of custom clearance to ensure that transfer of goods from customs areas quickly .
8-Edit record for foreign companies .
9-Revise payment dues requests for foreign suppliers and ensure that conform with import orders .
10-Coordinating with the financial management to ensure from pay the payment dues of foreign companies quickly including letters of guarantee and opening letters of credit .
11-Edit follow-up table to ensure that the arrival of shipments is in time to avoid any breakdowns or stops production .
12-Participate in determining the priorities of purchasing .
13-Calculating the import requests that have been done and follow-up purchases and storage .
14-Provide more than supplier for each raw .
