10-Coordinating with the financial management to ensure from pay the payment dues of foreign companies quickly including letters of guarantee and opening letters of credit .
11-Edit follow-up table to ensure that the arrival of shipments is in time to avoid any breakdowns or stops production .
12-Participate in determining the priorities of purchasing .
13-Calculating the import requests that have been done and follow-up purchases and storage .
14-Provide more than supplier for each raw .
