• SETDCO:
 GNT Hotel & Hilton PIP
 Meeting with the top management (CEO & Executive), determining their current needs, future needs& requirements and managing accordingly.
 Coordinate with Hilton team for PIP items and make sure the cost of execution is reasonable. Provide alternative solution if needed.
 Provide a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the PIP items that can be executed during COVID19 period.
 Time Estimation, Projects schedules and follow up financial commitment for the forecast projects.
 Review projects specifications and make sure full compliance with Hilton standard if needed
 Issue LOAs and supervise the contractors’ works in conjunction with hired consultants.
 Projects Payments: Check the payments ‘requests and make sure that payment meet both offer and the contract condition. Finalize documents required to release the payments ‘requests. Follow up with internal departments to make sure that payment process is ongoing smoothly.
 Follow up maintenance / repair and replacement of company assets

 Park Project (Build new High-Rise Towers):
 Review the feasibility studies for the park project technically and provide comments.
 Establish a technical library include all available concept designs prepared for converting the park to high rise or sky scraper towers.
 Prepare draft of correspondence to government authorities and Arm Forces regarding the process of approval to our sky scrape project.
 Coordinate with consultants regarding the authorities’ requirements

 Boat:
 Support the requirements of different departments in government authorities related to Boat & Barton Licenses
 Review and provide recommendation for the repair offers related to boat mechanic engines.

 Galleria:
 Join the committee for close out for tenants leave the Galleria.
 Provide drawings and technical Brief for new tenants.
 Support the Galleria manager for any inquires related to expenses.

 LIDO:
 Prepare technical Project Brief and drawings for potential buyers.
 Accompany potential buyer in a physical tour inside the Lido and present the building features.
 Coordinate with Government authorities regarding violation of 14th Floor and provide required documents/ drawings related to solve the issue.

 Company Vehicles:
 Apply the best practice to save the vehicles in the proper status.
 Choose the suitable work shop / service agent to repair the vehicle if needed.
 Provide guidance for the vehicle user to minimize the time of maintenance.

• SERSICO:
 Beach:
 Follow up maintenance and upgrade of beaches’ caravan toilets.
 Coordinate with Landscape Consultant regarding works required for beach enhancement and upgrade.
 Follow up procurements for beaches furniture upgrade (Bean Bags, chairs & Chaise lounges)
 Follow up utilities’ services (water & electricity) connections for the existing and new outlets.

 Marine:
 Coordinate with specialist contractors for Marine repairs / upgrade
 Coordinate with government authorities regarding environmental studies prepared by consultant and required for repair works ‘permit ion.
 Deal with government authorities regarding annual renewal of operating license.

 Mountain:
 Review the feasibility studies for the Mountain project technically and provide comments.
 Follow up works assigned to Sabbour Consultant Office regarding alternative road’s construction as well documents required for Staff House Land demolition license.
 Coordinate with Hurghada government requirements regarding the demolition license for staff house land.
 Coordinate with Hurghada government regarding moving infra services from existing Sheraton Road. Review and comments the payments requests in this regard.
 Coordinate with Hurghada government and Army Forces regarding the boundaries between our land and military point #43 .
 Prepare draft of correspondences to government authorities and Arm Forces

Manage several projects related to Establishing an energy efficiency testing laboratories for Improving Energy Efficiency of Lighting and Other Building Appliances

Edara company is the nominated Facilities Management Company for most of the projects owned by SODIC .There is 1200 employees @ Edara Pay Roll and Edara is managing annual contracts for almost 60 Million Pound. Edara Projects during 2016 :
Allegria
Located in Sodic West Destination, it is a resident compound included (1254) tenants space starting from town houses to luxury villas .all units are handed over as core & shell and tenants are finishing their units according to Sodic protocol . Edara is providing total FM (Engineering, Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance, Landscaping and finishing supervision) in this project.

Kattameya plaza
Located in new Cairo It’s a mix use compound included 41 residential building with (474) tenants and a mall comprise 49 commercial units some of the residence units handed over well finished (5 building ) and other units were core & shell. Edara is providing total FM (Engineering, Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance, landscaping and finishing supervision) in this project.

The strip
Its commercial zone included 14 building with retail space from 100 m2 to 1000 m2 and parking for 700 vehicles Edara is providing only security and cleaning services.

Forty west
Mixed-use neighborhood it’s a compound included 138 luxury residential units fully furnished residential units (123) units, boutique hotel, commercial /retail building. Edara is providing only security, Call Center, Customer Services, landscaping and cleaning services

Polygon
Commercial complex commercial office (modern commercial units) with ground level retail for294 tenant’s special and 1461 parking spot on tow basement. Edara is providing only Engineering, Security, Call Center, Customer Services and Cleaning services

The Hub
It’s a shopping center compound entertainment, dining and retail units. Its 20000 m2 with 363 parking spot Edara is providing security, Cleaning and landscaping services only
Caesar
It’s located on the north coast currently there is 50 villas and will be expanded for 250 units. Edara is providing total FM (Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance and Landscaping) in this project.

CASA
It is a residential compound include 128 buildings (1024 Tenants)Edara is providing total FM (Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance and Landscaping) in this project.

West Town Residence
It is a residential zone consists of 12 phases, Edara take over only 8 phases (completed phases) that include 14 Blocks cover 924 tenants . The residential units include villas and duplex apartments. Edara is providing total FM (Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance; Engineering, Finishing supervision and Landscaping) in these phases.

East Town Residence
Edara take over only four blocks that include 37 buildings (296 tenants) and Edara is providing total FM (Security, Customer services, Call Center, Cleaning, Maintenance and finishing supervision)

Facilities Manager - Barwa Project - New Cairo Zone
Areas of Facilities ' services including Engineering, Cleaning, Landscaping and Security.
Projects consist of residential and commercial buildings, educational facilities, Sports facilities and technology in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Performed procedure testing, commissioning, handover and coordinated with local authorities.

“Facilities Manager” for the start-up and ongoing facility management projects running in Egypt. Thus, my primary assigned tasks are as follows:

o Study/review the facility management tenders.
o Project survey and meeting with clients to discuss their requirements.
o Deal with the joint venture MML Company for the detail of the required study.

Hill International was engaged to provide project management services to a mixed-use development on the Red Sea. The development included residential units (more than 1, 600 apartments and 180 villas), a 200-room hotel, a four-story shopping mall, a club area, and 10 swimming pools. I am responsible for reviewing the electromechanical design works, such as drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and specifications, and discussing comments with both the designer and the client.

Accor, Tahrir Mixed-Use Complex, Cairo, Egypt, Facilities Manager
(From April 2011 till now)

Hill International delivered project management services for a mixed-use complex comprising two independent towers. One tower was used by National Societe General Bank (NSGB) as an office building, and the other was a hotel managed by Accor. I brought on to evaluate the electromechanical design works, including drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and specifications, and discuss comments with both the designer and the client.

Credit Agricole Egypt Head Office Complex Project
(From Dec 2011 till Jan 2013)

Hill International delivered project management services for Credit Agricole Egypt (CIEB)’s headquarter in the Showayfat area in Tagamoa Khamis for a total built up area 44, 800 M2. Join the evaluation team and support the MEP activities.

Qatar Diyar St Regis Complex
(Dec 2011 and then May&June2012)

Manage the technical evaluation process for the vertical transportation tender to recommend the most suitable bidder (technical only) . The project include 26 elevators with different speeds from 1.6 to 6 M/S for high rise buildings 1600 KG. The bidders enter the tender were Otis, Schindler, Thyssen, Mitsubishi and Kone. The study include primary stage in Dec 2011 and secondary stage in May & June 2012.

Jabal Omar Development Project
(From Feb 2012 till now)
Hill International recently appointed as the Design Reviewer ( DR) for Jabal Omar Development Project for the following zones :N1 & N6A; S7; S8 & S9; S6; N5, N6c & N6b; S10 & S11; and N4. •I am the head of MEP team who responsible to review all designs for MEP submitted by the Design Consultants assigned for the project phases.
