Duties & Responsibilities:
• Uses Dot net expertise along with agile software development framework, in order to design, implement & upgrade solutions.
• Work with development team to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
• Work with development team to analyze and design solutions and systems architecture.
• Build and develop new systems and software applications; Develop new functionality on existing software products.
• Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
• Write, edit, and debug new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
• Co-operation with other team members (e.g. Project manager, Web programmers, Graphic designers, testing team, authors, and quality assurance) in the production of a finished product.
• Test new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
• Builds scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance tools / applications, web solutions that supports the online publishing industry, including but not limited to Manuscript Tracking, Submission, Mailing Queue & web services.
• Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions.
• Commit software code to software repository.
Tasks:
