- Follow up the design stage.
- Coordinate between stakeholders and design consultant to get the full set of design ready and approved.
- Sourcing of subcontractors, including the supplier assessment, request for pricing, request for quotation and selection. In charge of putting the contract in place with the chosen subcontractor.
- Sourcing of suppliers to cover all project needs.
- Develop project overall plan.
- Following up executing process according to the plan.
- Study the delays and variations impacts in order to prepare the required claims for additional cost and time.

- In charge of creating a full time schedule for a fit out project of a two 25-story towers at The Pearl Qatar.

- Sourcing manpower required for the project and teamwork for each activity.

- Determining the estimated costs for the project and suggesting proper ways to reduce them.

- Performing the risk assessment of the project and suggesting proper ways to avoid risks in the workplace.

- Updating the plan weekly and providing a report showing the project progress and delays, determining the reasons for any delays and suggesting proper methods to compensate for any delayed time.

- Technical Support for planning of a construction project of Waldorf Astoria Hotel at Doha.

- Planning time schedules and project costs as well as sourcing manpower for 15 projects (11 schools, 1 nine-house compound, 1 six-story building, 1 hospital and a twenty-two-story building )
- Managing three construction projects: 2 schools and a six-story building with a total cost of 28 Million SAR.
- Submitting catalogs, samples and drawings to the clients.
- Managing a team of twelve people to do the work according to the time schedule with the least possible cost and within the required quality standards.
- Sourcing of subcontractors, including the supplier assessment, request for pricing, request for quotation and selection. In charge of putting the contract in place with the chosen subcontractor.
- Sourcing of suppliers to cover all project needs.

- Managing a ten-story building project with cost of 2 Million EGP (1 Million QAR).

- Managing a team of six people to do the work according to the time schedule with the least possible cost and within the required quality standards.
