1-Define and implement the engineering strategies for contract fulfilment in line with the projects strategies.

2- Manage engineering team including internal resources and engineering subcontractors.

3-Prepare, maintain and develop the engineering execution plan and provide input for the project and procurement execution plan.

4-Prepare and follow engineering budget including cost of subcontracted engineering services.

5-Prepare and update engineering organization chart and request nomination of discipline lead engineers.

6-Manage and control the interface between the project engineering team and the project internal and external stakeholders.

7-Participate in contract technical negotiations and provide support to proposal negotiation team. Manage the technical hand-over from the proposal team.

8-Ensure timely response on technical issues internally as well as to the customer and/or his representative.

9-Perform technical risk assessment and corresponding risk reviews.

10-Resolve all open technical issues in the best interest of the project and provide technical input for claim management.

11-Releases the submission of engineering deliverables to customer and/or consulting engineer.

12-Clarifies and supports site in all technical issues, lead the field engineering team and coordinate with the respective engineering teams in office.

13-Follow company and engineering department procedures and workflow.

14-Participate and provide necessary input to build and enrich company's lesson learned and knowledge database.

2-Diesel Fuel Oil System Equipment Sizing and calculation.
3-Sharing the engineering documents with consultant and owner (EDF/DEWA) until closing all comments and taking approval seal.
4-Issuing Request for quotation and submitting to Procurement team.
5-Reviewing all Techno Commercial offers from bidders and prepare technical evaluation sheets and finalize purchase orders.
6-Reviewing all documents with vendors and until finalize approval cycle.

As a member of the Mechanical Construction Team of Power System Projects (PSP) working on the Contract of the Egyptian Project, (El Ain El Sokhna Supercritical Thermal Power Plant 2x650 MW-Water Treatment Plant CP-111) with Veolia company responsibilities included:
1- Reviewing drawings (General Arrangement, Layout, P&ID, Isometrics, and Detailed Drawings) for conformance with the contract and assist their Constructability.
2- Ensuring Construction work complies with all Engineering Standards, Codes, Specifications and Design Instruction, and Safety Standards.
3- Planning and Scheduling Site Construction jobs to meet Contractual Milestones.
4- Providing Technical Information and Interpretation of Drawings and Specifications to Site Crew.
5- Conducting Risk Assessments identifying the hazards in a specific construction job and take necessary measures to reduce the probability and severity of the risks.
