•Manages sales outlets operations within a geographical zone, and supports the development of annual budget for the each out let.
•Prepare aggressive targets for sales facilities in the zone, and cascades objectives to all outlets managers.
•Manages zone (sales outlets) retail operations on a daily basis, through the execution of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly planning and targeting to maximize zone operating profits and market share.
