Outbound Duties:
• Preparing the sales strategy for all sales environments.
• Educating the junior & senior level how to accomplish & achieve their targets.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and manage the process of innovative change effectively.
• Calls Monitoring & evaluating all performance as per each project requirement.
• Ensure outbound schedule is accurate and up to date according to lead counts to achieve maximum contact and sales percentages.

Inbound Duties:
• Ensure all service levels for all areas are met.
• Create seniors objective & duty.
• Make all required calculations for COPC Metrics to make sure all projects are compliance with COPC Standards.
• Set goals for call center team leaders concerning calls and quality metrics.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting as per the project & COPC benchmarks.
• Handle all clients’ requirements and complaints with effective action plans.
