Senior I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Power plants Projects Department with
MEW (Ministry of Electricity and Water in Kuwait).
Review of project scope of works, drawings and technical specification and
check the contract quantities with respect to actual work to be done and
prepare documentation for any variation for extra work request.
* Review and approval for all the submitted work procedures by contractor
for the project.
* Verification of the contractor’s quality control procedures.
* Checking the certification of materials delivered to site.
* Review and approval of the contractor’s site proposals.
* Coordination between the contractor’s and the other relating departments.
* Supervision of instrumentation and control construction activities are
completed in accordance with the specification, engineering standards and
any other referenced documents and vender documentations, and to ensure
that all I&C works are executed in accordance with approved QA/QC plans,
related to rotary, stationary equipments, critical piping and PUNCH LIST
issuing.
* Review daily, weekly and monthly project reports (progress reports).
* Hold weekly, monthly meeting with contractors as required.

* Handovers on completion with Name Plates checking translation and
Carrying out the Final Construction Walk down, and Hydrostatic testing

Duties:
* Deliver KGC (KATAMIA GARDEN CLUB) project by completing final work with
finishing all maintenance and Consultant notes with apply final extract and final as
built and close project with closing contracts.(as a site and technical office
engineer )
* Work as PMP coordinator, technical office, design and manage all the next
projects parallel in difference phases and validated a cost reduction for the company
in all contracts with supplier and sub contractors for all this projects:

study with commitment by standards.
* Study Electromechanical work projects.

* Estimating Cost for this project by call or sending to suppliers and received offers
with using price list in estimating and from historical cost information.
* Work as Contracting engineer using my negotiation and technical skills with
suppliers in electromechanical submittal component. ( in all projects in my
company ).
* Preparing assays with cost analysis for multiple such as the next projects,
Petrol Rest city project in the west desert. (

Duties:
Sell special and power cables to large companies such as ABB, Siemens
and some petroleum company as well as contracting companies.
Handle retail and stock sales.
Receive “Invitation for Bid”, and preparing Offer Proposal then attending
Bid “Tender” for Egyptian Electrical Companies and multi cables
installation projects.
Prepare a cover letter summary of contract for the Bid Offer which
includes cost with margin, delivery date, guarantees, cost adjustment for
copper and aluminum, and reason. Clarify payment and delivery place.
Ensure technical offer/”Guarantee Table” meets customer
requirements/specs.
Develop procurements and documentation of all “Tender” data base as a
price revision and enter it as a data base using excel and access sheet.
Coordinate between factory and client regarding specs. and delivery date.
Attend cable tests with some customers and follow delivery approval.
Solve electrical companies clients’ problems.
Adjust copper and aluminum prices as it changes in (London Metal
Exchange).
Forward to factory Sales Orders to start manufacturing order.
Training courses in Energya Elsewedy, other intermittent projects participation and
volunteer work :
Assisted Project Engineer Planner and Project Control Engineer in cable installation
for Metro Cable Installation Project 220kv.
Assisted in making WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in project and resource RBS
(Resource Breakdown Structure).
Assisted Quality Assurance Team, in Giza Sewedy Factory, to establish procedures
and communicate with all department regarding purchasing, manufacturing, finance,
etc. in order to conduct audit, which was without procedures in ISO project.

Oversaw the implementation of a cables installation 220 kv of a metro project (3-
phase -2 circuits) & joints and termination in GIS station preparation and installation.
Helped project department in closing tenders by drawing its executive designing
drawings by AutoCAD.
Completed training in Safety and Occupational Health (industrial security).
Completed training in production led maintenance (PLM), in Schneider as training
from lean manufacturing.
Applied lean manufacturing in Giza Elsewedy Cables factory while my training in
technical office.
Dispatched drums and test cables to customers from factory.
Completed training in planning department, in General View on Material Control,
Production control, and Planning director.
Completed training on quality department, make test on cable in each stage in quality
control such as (material test, in process test and electrical tests).
Quality planning: Make test on material like eccentricity & hot set test
on insulation material and measure tensile strength on insulation
material.
Electrical tests: see type tests and all stages and see routine stages
and all stages.
In process test: follow production of cable and sense of metal color
and smooth of it in drawing, stranding, and all stages after insulation
and armoring
STAVRO for Elevator
Duties included Design, drawing of elevators, which controlled by relay and
contactors using AutoCAD.

Cairo North Power Station II (750 MW Combined Cycle Project ) : Training on
(introduction to power station, safety department, quality control department and
construction work on site). Summer 2006.
PLC: (Programming Logic Control) using ladder language: level 1 : An excellent
experience in programming and automatic control - from Panasonic Jelecom
January 2008.
Distribution course: An excellent experience with distribute cables, electricity indoor
and outdoor, in all structures, distribution panel, transformers, short circuit calculation,
