As Senior Projects & Area Manager incharge for Abu Dhabi Area projects :
• Works to develop and maintain close working relationships with business leaders/stakeholders throughout the organization and generally representing the company with respect to the clients.
• Ensuring that established company goals are realized while maintaining good client relations that will enhance future business.
• Developing and presenting key performance indicators with total responsibility for managing all aspects of contracts and projects with contractors and clients to ensure that the plans are aggressively monitored and projects completion achieved on time.
• Adopting value-engineering standards to ensure achieving the project goals of timely Completion to the required quality standards within allocated budget.
• Maintains consistent communication with project team on current key issues and potential client issues and approach resolutions to problems promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities includes :
. Conceptualization, planning & monitoring The project’s different design aspects & construction phases in co-ordination with Client, end user departments, Consultant and Contractor .
. Adopting the value engineering standards to insure Achieving the project goals of the timely completion to the required quality standards within the allocated budget .
• Perform project initiation activities such as initial team identification & effort estimation.
. Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all project activities .
• Conduct project planning activities such as Work Breakdown Structure, detailed schedule preparation, and optimization, communication needs finalization etc
• Participate in Risk Identification and response Planning along with Program Management Office team .
• Identify quality objectives and prepare benchmark mettrics for the project.
• Oversee the project execution activities by frequent monitoring and control exercises.
• Conduct and participate in periodic project review meetings and provide monthly reporting to various project stake holders.
• Integrate the activities of the various team membersto ensure synergy and overall project success.
• Applying updated project management practices to deliver projects within budget, timelines and quality.

. Centro Hotel at Barsha - Dubai, for M/S. Rotana Hotels Group.
. Park Rotana Hotel & Mixed use complex at Khalifa Park - Abu Dhabi for M/S. Rotana Hotels Group .
. West Wharf Tower at Business Bay - Dubai, for M/S. CFH Group.
Responsibilities included :
Project management and monitoring the Contractor’s progress in site work activities. To insure keeping project on schedule
Reviewing and approval of Contractor’s submissions of materials and shop-drawings in accordance to Contract Specifications
Hold regular weekly & monthly progress review meetings to discuss and resolve project operational issues .
Maintain regular & timely reports about project status to the developers and clients .
Ensure implementing all Q.A. / Q.C. measures and testing procedures on the works carried out at site and their materials.
Issuing correspondence and site instructions to the Contractor as well as monthly progress reports to the Client.
Evaluating contractual claims and variations received from Contractor and reporting the Engineer’s recommendations to the Client accordingly.
Develop and maintain harmonious relationship with contractors, vendors, suppliers, statuary authorities and clients .
