5.Communicate with Recruitment Agencies outside of kingdom.

6..Ensure that human resource files and recording are maintained in accordance with legal requirement and company policies and procedures.

7.Arrange applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

8.Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
