Project Delivery & Operations Branch is responsible for the projects
delivery within the South Coast region
➢ Responsible for the delivery of various projects within the region. In this position I undertake Project Manager
role as well as the Contract Administrator (Superintendent to AS2124) of various contracts.
➢ Projects include Pacific Motorway Upgrade (Fitzgerald to Aranda Street) $45m, Logan Motorway Overpass

➢ Undertake the role of team leader when team leader is out of the office or on leave as required.
➢ Accountabilities include the following:
• Manage the operational aspects of project delivery to achieve effective and efficient use of systems and
processes involved with all phases of the project management mode.
• Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary to support
responsible decisions and courses of action for the design and construction of road infrastructure projects.
• Manage contract performance and construction practices to achieve value for money outcomes
• Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed
• Provide support and advice on planning and design suitability and options, use of materials, resources,
components or systems, construction practices and problem solving to achieve value for money & best
practice.
• Supervise and co-ordinate resource allocation and encourage effective teamwork to foster a positive attitude
toward the achievement of organisational objectives.
• Identify and manage networks and alliances of stakeholders and manage expectations, issue, and identify
possible political and high risk matters to resolve in a timely and professional manner.

➢ In this role I closely monitor the delivery of the Traffic Network Reconstruction Program (TNRP) of a total budget
of $6.923b inclusive of road network damages from events of 2010 - 2013.
➢ Accountabilities include the following:
· Liaise with the Department of Transport and Main Road TNRP State Program Office and Regional Program
Offices across the state.
· Liaise with Compliance and Value for Money Teams within QRA
· Provide technical advise to address issues resolution
