•Successfully manage the quasi Equity (Mezzanine)Raising process and negotiating the agreement’s terms and conditions with 2 of the multilateral banks to syndicate said fund with US$ 32Millions
• Built the financial model for Al-Nouran sugar project to establish said sugar beet factory.
•Built the project budget which guarantee all capital expenditure requirement to determine the final project investment cost used to raise funds (Debt and Equity)
•Setting all finance, HR, Admin and procurement policies including but not limited to:
•Purchasing policy including purchasing cycle and purchasing cycle authorities and responsibilities.
•Finance term of reference, authorities and responsibility matrix for each managerial level.
•Accounting policies procedures and applicable forms and documentation system.
•Company Car policy, Mobiles and all related administrative policies.
•Creating Job design, Job description and Job classification.
•Set the organization structure, levels, payroll system and hierarchy of promotion.

•Managing and leading all tendering and contracting process from launching tenders, receiving bids, financial analysis bor bids received, selecting best alternative and contracting for all factory equipment including civil and steel structure tender.
•Took a special assignment as a Managing director for an agriculture company to secure the beet agriculture for said project sugar factory feed stock by managing all agriculture operating activity including under pivot beet agriculture and farmers beet contracting with following achievements:
•Using new seeds variety of mono germ beet seeds which was not used in Egypt before after testing 30 different type of seeds imported from Europe.
•Using new agriculture and harvest mechanization methods for the 1st time in Egypt imported from Germany.
•Achieve an increase in beet agriculture productivity from 18 ton per feddan average country productivity to 45 ton per feddan.
•Planting and harvesting 6000 feddan of beet in one season.
