Coordinate with Business Development Team, to achieve the Portfolio's strategic objectives.

Assists the Estimation Manager in translating target price into target costs for Hardscape works and for each partner and co-operation in ensuring achievements of results.

Ensuring that the proposal Confirms the specification as defined by the Customer.

Technical negotiations with the customer are under the overall lead of the estimation manager.

If the project has been awarded, prepare the initial project budget and hand it over to the operation and project controls teams.

Job Responsibilities :

Review project execution Budget, and breakdown for all execution budget activities.

Monitor All Project Expenditures, Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from
suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project controls
the scope of services.

Ensure reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis between project cost reports and
Accounting Department cost and billing information.

Project Brief:                                                                     

Construction of the South Border Housing Project, Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A 2 km2 area, including approximately 1700 housing units (apartments and villas), schools, mall, mosque, water treatment plant, electric and fire stations. All housing facilities are composed of RC mat foundations where precast walls and slabs are later erected. The project also included the construction of the entire infrastructure facilities, roads, green areas, and precast boundary walls around the site.

Contract Value: 2, 600, 000, 000 SAR.


Job Responsibilities :

Monitor All Project Expenditures, Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.

Provide cost control advice to the management as and when required.

Prepare monthly cost report Include ( BAC, PV, EV, AC)

Prepare monthly reports for material Wastage.

Prepare Weekly & Monthly and Quarterly Report about manpower Productivity (Earned Hours  Vs. Actual Hours).

Prepare the Equipment Histogram and Updated on a monthly basis with the PMT.

Participate in Weekly Project Progress Meeting.

Project Brief :

Construction of 4 Deep Underground Metro Stations of Line 1 of the Riyadh Metro Project,
for the BACS consortium, comprised of Bechtel, CCC, and Al-Mabani, Line 1 runs along the
Olaya-King Faisal-Batha Corridor. Each station consists of a concrete-framed multi-level
structure (more or less 6 levels). The stations’ construction is very involved and comprises a
complex and elaborate Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Contract Value: 136, 000, 000 USD.
