-Coordinates recruitment and job placement activities of organization to ensure achievement of organization objectives.
-Key Result Areas.
-Implements Recruitment and Selection programs, plans, policies and procedures.
-Interviews candidates for open positions.
-Maintains contacts with educational institutions, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
-Develops and manages on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs.
-Maintains and updates recruitment activities data.
-Interviewing Leavers to analyze the reasons for enhancing our future opportunities.
-Updates recruitment tracking sheet on a daily basis.
-Participate in identifying future opportunities for potential source of recruitment.

Pooling & maintaining recruitment resources.
Turnover during probation period.
Participating in delivering efficient timely service in accordance with job requisitions meeting the required criteria.
Quality of recruits short listed or finally selected according to the agreed upon requested profiles.

•Responsible for recruitment cycle specially with the blue collar.
