- Developing vehicle parts suppliers’ quality management systems to meet customer requirements and the end customer’s needs & Manage new projects quality activities after sourcing until start of production to ensure delivering parts achieving QCT targets stably in mass production phase.
- Put annual/mid-term targets to ensure department alignment with company objectives by utilizing current resources of SQD/PQE.
- Evaluate Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) and technical capabilities by conducting Alliance Supplier Evaluation Standard (ASES) and Process Engineering Skill Evaluation and Support (PESES) before/after parts sourcing phase.
- Assess current suppliers QMS by conducting Supplier Health Check (SHC) in Production Phase to maintain supplier QMS at required level
- Issue and follow up on rank-Up plans and re-evaluate suppliers QMS to achieve Alliance minimum requirements.
- Prepare and issue quarterly Supplier Score Card (SSC), and communicate with supplier’s top management to monitor and control their quality performance.
- Lead PQE in implementing Alliance New Product Quality Procedure (ANPQP) in new projects to maintain supplier commitment to new project management requirements.

Manufacturing cost and CAPEX (Assets) planner & controller at Nissan Motor Egypt
