Acting as the technical manager for the systems department.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Preparing monthly reports, quarterly P&L and a yearly business model to be presented at top management team meetings.
• Coordinating with stakeholders for each project.
• Managing all available resources (field engineers, back office, supervisors, sub-contractors and any other projects’ related work groups).
• Supervising and reviewing designs and quotations presented by sub-contractors and/or the back office team.
• Acting as customers’ SPOC for any related technical meetings.
• Researching new resources (sub-contractors & materials) to include:
1- Preparing new NDAs and contracts.
2- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Tracking projects’ progress and assigning tasks to all resources, insuring deadlines are met accordingly.
• Managing all projects’ delivery processes.
Main achievements:
• BenBan (Aswan) solar farm security solutions (IP surveillance system, gates, access control, time attendance, solar powered backup systems, UHF/VHF Radio coverage).
• AstraZeneca’s 6th of October factory security solutions (IP surveillance system & access control).
• Amreyah cement (Alamain) IP surveillance system.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Schneider (Fully redundant Network solution for East gas project including routing, switching & IP Telephony).
• The National Council for Childhood & Motherhood Save the Children (Cabling infrastructure for: telephony, Network & power outlets, WIFI coverage, backup power solution, perpetration of: Main data center, communication rooms & meeting rooms), IP Surveillance system).
• GLOBAL Resources (Cabling infrastructure for: telephony, Network & light current systems (CCTV, access control and security gates), backup power system supervision, emergency light system, fiber optics backbone infrastructure design and installations for passive and active equipment).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Coordinating with stakeholders for each project.
• Managing all available resources (field engineers, back office, supervisors, sub-contractors and any other projects’ related work groups).
• Designing solutions (Network and Light current systems), preparing quotations to be presented to the projects department manager & stakeholders.
• Supervising field tasks of all resources, insuring deadlines are met accordingly.
Main achievements:
• E2 Industrial complex (IDG) (FDHs installations, raceways preparation supervision, optical fiber infrastructure network installation, data center preparations and operation including: IP telephony and Internet connections for 85+ factory, Complex’s HQ IP surveillance system, main gates infrastructure, IP telephony).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Meeting with customers for technical inquires. Analyzing customer's demanded system. Contacting suppliers for inquiries about available products and prices. Designing systems (Fire alarm, access control, CCTV \{VoIP and analog\}, Solar Power supply, solar Heaters…etc.) to achieve customer’s demands. Preparing a financial study and technical specifications for the customer. Finalizing the offer with the customer. Supervising the system supply. Installation and delivery of the project to the customer needs.
