To ensure full coverage for al wataniya poulry fresh product, follow up the collection, maintain a close relationship with the custmoers,
Incharge of the company direct distribution through out the the kiingdom, daily D.D.operations, target breakdown, Sales force on job training, daily weekly, monthly, sales reports, promotion activities, collection, and target achievment.
* Managing sales force of 35 salesman, 15 merchandiser and tow adminisrators.
*Managing sales& distribution preformance for AFS agencies such as California Garden, Noor Sunflower oil& Margrine, Pinar dairy products, Perfitti Van Melle " mentos & Fruitella" confectionery products, Falcon cheese, Dat-Schub, Normeat, Hero products"Jam/baby food/diet food", Nectaflor honey, Gaurd Rise, Vitrac Jam, Laziza beer....etc.
*Breakdown of monthly target among the diffrent segment " whole sales, key account, retail, cash van and institutions.
*Collection preformance.
*Ensure the Achievement of the monthly sales target as well as collection target.
*Develop the merchandising preformance in order to maintain the hired displays and products visibility.
*To build and maintain channel of communication within the sales force & divisional managment.
* To closely co-ordinate with other functions on all matters related to the region i.e. distribution division, Finance & Admin. and products managers & marketing team.
*To ensure efficient management of company assets.
* To manage sales team of more than 60 members to run the daily operations.
*To ensure the achievment of the business objectives of the region.
*To train & dvelop the sales force.
*To effectively plan for the activies of the region and develop business.
