- Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis, market model distribution, yield supervising, length of stay yield supervising, pricing control and new pricing concepts.
- Supervise & Monitor revenue & control risk and develop and implement revenue control plans.
- Audit all contracts which signed by contracting department and published to overseas offices
- Preparing & following budget contracts (product list)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue reports, documentations of financial arrangements.
- Work with members of the contracting department and assist in customer negotiations to help the company achieve revenue objectives.
Record any revenue received by a hotel or resort, which can include guest room fees and payments made
by third-party vendors connected with hotel operations or banquet services. Working with a night auditor,
they reconcile nightly reports on revenues and prepare accounts receivable information for entry in the
property's general accounting ledger
