1- Responsible for the food warehousing and distribution operations of 180-200 employees, including fleet controllers, maintenance supervisors, warehouse supervisors, storekeepers and their assistants, inventory controllers, reach truck and forklift operators, pickers, drivers, and laborers, along with the promotion wrapping team.
2-Planning daily, weekly, monthly, and annual and seasonal operational and warehousing activities and educating the delegates to apply the instructions on the ground to achieve maximum productivity based on the allotted budget and agreed SOP.
3- Setting and validating the plans for daily customer delivery mechanisms based on the agreed-upon hours for all markets
4- Managing the development and implementation of improvements to the overall appearance of the distribution center and delivery vehicles, including cleaning and sanitization schedules, as part of ISO FSMS methodologies and factoring into individual performance bonuses
5-Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

8- Responsible for the allocation and rotation of 350 containers of goods and ensuring storage's spaces are enough to meet seasonal, current, and future demands. Time-to-time reporting to the GM regarding the space management of each warehousing site
9- Managing a team of physical stock counters to ensure no discrepancies in stocks and also making sure the elimination of non-moving stocks from the warehouse from time to time by preparing the close-to-expiry reports for management decision-making
10-Setting plans based on advance shipping notifications for prioritizing container logistics
1- Responsible for 150 employees with various categories of handling and combined warehousing and distribution functions, which resulted in optimizing efficiencies and reducing cost
2-Received an inventory accuracy of 98.5%, which was unprecedented in the company’s history. Space optimization reduced rented space costs by 50%.
3-Increased the delivery success rate from 50% to 95% by establishing a strong monitoring system.

10-Ensure appropriate accounting records for receipts in the warehouse, issues to repack (promo) units, and dispatch of finished goods.
1- We manage and arrange the team's daily work activities, including daily receiving, storage, and the FEFO system.
2- Follow-up operation of the warehouse management system (WMS), the layout of the warehouse, product placement, and inventory control for housekeeping and safety, leading to high-quality customer service.

9- Liaise with the production department to ensure the availability of the raw materials needed.
