measures in to prevent any revenue leakage or charge backs on Fraud and decrease it to ZERO amount of
money, by prevent any dispute cases against Jazeera Airways.
3. Verify the fraud and refund related issues with finance before initiating refund or charge back processes.
4. Implement the basic concept of the 3D Secure which is tie the financial authorization process with an
online authentication among\} the Merchant, the issuer bank and Interoperability domain \{.
5. Strive to achieve the department target to not exceed (2 % of Credit Card Sales), by reduce the
Fraudulent to the minimum limit with an aim to zero tolerance to Fraud on transactions.
6. Update, monitor and fix “J9 Bin Range ™” with the new bin ranges, the blacklist and the watch list in “the
internal control utilities™” as needed.
7. Analyze the Fraud reports that would be auto received from “J9 Fraud Booking Monitor™” (Fraud emails,
fraud BIN ranges and fraud IP address) and determine the proper action would be taken.
8. Report to FPA Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis all areas of Fraud according to
changing business situations.
9. Watch the non DCS stations by reviewing
• The FHR; Reconcile the manifest Passengers with the flown passengers.
• The MHR; Audit & Monitor the cash handling activities in accordance with Fare POLICIES &
PROCEDURES HANDBOOK compliance for all payment receipt.‫‬
