-Performing full construction management and contract coordination duties in addition to
furnishing the owner with information and recommendations on various issues.
-Follow up with the various parties involved to ensure compliance with their respective
contractual
obligations.
-Monitor progress of the design & construction documents development.
-Preparation of various reports as required.
-Review of designers & contractors’ progress reports, progress payments, etc. and making
recommendations.
-Attendance of meetings
including Project’s Executive Committee, design progress,
construction progress, Value Engineering, insurance, etc.
-Preparation of minutes of meeting and correspondence for above.
-Preparation of records and report on daily construction progress, problems, etc.
-Monitoring of supervision of construction activities, etc.
-Monitoring site activities for compliance with safety, specifications, and schedule.

Responsibilities:-
-Detail design of Electrical Working (Lighting, Power, Electrical schedules, SLD, earthing & Lightning protection), Fire Alarm, Tel, Data and light current works.
- Attendance of design coordination meetings
-Leading a design team of 3-4 Electrical engineers
- Coordination with Authorities and acquire of approvals
-Preparation of BOQ and tender documents.
-Preparation of technical calculations, descriptions and specifications.
-Implementation of commercial, industrial, residential and compound projects
- Senior Supervision Engineer for Electrical works on site.
- Monitor daily site activities, construction progress, compliance with design specs & safety rules and preparing daily reports.
- Coordination of Electrical works and other disciplines
- Attendance of construction progress meetings
- Evaluation reports for team members
-Assuring efficient induction and training of young engineers.
