As a Channel Manager focused on HORECA and E-Commerce, My primary responsibility is to oversee and
optimize sales channels within the Food Service (On Premise) and online retail platforms.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product or service sales, expand market presence, and
enhance profitability. Collaboration with internal teams, effective channel management, and staying abreast
of industry trends are essential components of this role.
Responsible and accountable for managing a team of up to three supervisors, five pre seller and twelve
van sales truck. Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas
and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Ensuring the correct service levels, Implementation and management of company strategies and plans
in the area under my management. Managing the sales efforts to achieve and exceed assigned sales
goals in terms of volume and revenue, interpreting and communicating company objectives in order to
maximize team sales revenue
Develop profitable new businesses and grow existing customer base by selection, Coaching and Training the territory team (Sell through Others), be the voice of the territory customers within the Dubai Refreshment organization. Managing the sales efforts to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals; and interpreting and communicating company objectives in order to maximize team sales revenue.
Undertake the functions and responsibilities of Sales.
Launched and distributed company product to over 40 accounts.
Follow up with merchandising team.
Undertake the responsibility of taking orders & Promotions in Dubai and north of Emirates
Hypermarkets, Supermarket & Coop.
Achieve targets and maximizing sales opportunities with every form of customer interaction.
Conduct Meeting with the Clients.
Closing Deals & Submit the needed documents.
Communicating new products to potential clients.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Build strong relations with department in charge, store managers & all key Account persons in
market.
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
