I participated in SAP implementation in Unilever Mashreq (Egypt-Lebanon- Syria- Palestine- Iraq -Sudan - Jordan) - I lead the Finance track (FI) from IT side I went through all the phases: Blue prints - Design phase - Integrated testing - UAT - Mega Testing - Launch - Intensive care period - Business As usual support

I lead other projects like Business Personal expenses claims and Accounts payable work flow ( with integration with the ERP: MFG then SAP)

Part of my role as IT Finance Business Partner includes providing consultancy to Finance Function about the IT Application - ERP and process optimization

I covered the areas of Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - General Ledger - Fixed Assets - Treasury

I finished my MBA program in this period and I benefited from working in Unilever in the same time of the MBA study to practice what has been studied Academically on the ground where the issues of multicultural organization where brought into focus intensively

From August 2005 till January 2002

Role : Development team lead

I worked in the Unilever IT Development team - I lead small team of two- in applications of Sales Automation - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflow - Excel with VBA

Technology: Oracle DB 9 and 10 - Oracle Forms and Reports 6i- Visual Basic - PL SQL

I worked inn Egypt - Morocco - Dubai - Jidda

From April 2004 till July 2005

Role: Project technical lead

I worked as Project technical lead in an ERP project tailored for "Gulf Medical Company" one of Al Naghy group in Saudi Arabia that sells medical equipment in Gulf

I lead a team of 4 and I participated in all project phases since Requirements Gathering - Analysis - Design - development - Testing - Data Migration and Launch

the ERP included Sales Module -Procurement Module - General ledger - Fixed Assets - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - Maintenance Module - Human Resources and Payroll Module

Role: Junior Developer - then Senior Developer
