i. Follow up QA engineers on their daily tasks as: HACCP verification report, Sanitation plan & Hygiene report and CAPA tracker.
ii. Training stuff for GMP & food safety & 5S and all NFSA requirements.
iii. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
iv. Carry out GMP, food safety, 5S monthly audit in Production halls and Lockers & Cafeteria.
v. Carry out GSP monthly audit in Alfa warehouse.
vi. Carry out GLP monthly audit in laboratories .
vii. Follow up the implementation of corrective actions for cases of non-conformity of internal and external audits.
viii. Prepare and participate with QA manager in the monthly steering committee.
i. Supervising the day-to-day operations of quality control to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures .
ii. Supervising laboratory to analysis samples of products chemically and microbiology to make sure they conform and matching production to the regulations and legislation related to food manufacturing to the state .
iii. Document data relating to quality products, processes, and testing procedures .
iv. Ensuring the manufacturing operations completely fully with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Halal statutory and regulatory standards .
v. Control the products of export with special specs .
i. Inspection of incoming raw material and packaging material to the plant and related manufacturing processes so as to know the extent of their quality and suitability for manufacturing .
ii. Inspection and analysis of the final product and make sure they conform and matching production to the regulations and legislation related to food manufacturing to the state .
iii. Building the plans for laboratories revamp and introducing new technologies for analysis .
iv. Examination and analysis of water entering in the production processes and analysis boiler water .
v. Prepare materials sterilizer used in sterilization processes .
vi. Put different specifications of the final product and materials related to food such as : specification of raw materials and packaging materials .
vii. Prepare certificates of analysis to products .
