Job Description: • Performing tasks assigned efficiently and rapidly
• Scheduling manager's appointments
• Organizing and coordinating meetings and informing participants
• Arranging and confirming schedules, calendars and appointments
• Handling the requirements of employees' business trips (contacting travel agents, reserve flight tickets, hotel booking, accommodations etc)
• Preparing letters, reports, documents, and special announcements
• Following up with administration on office supplies
• Handling the incoming/outgoing phone calls, faxes and mails and redirecting it to the relative manager's concern.
