Quality Manager
• Develop and Implement the Project QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with the Customers representatives on all quality matters
Coordinate quality inspections with all site subcontractors and vendors

• Ensure the Safety is adhered to at site
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status

Preparation and Arrangement for certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Coaching the departments in HSEQ aspects.
Coaching the Projects for Total Quality Management.

Responsible for:
· The implementation of the Company’s Quality Management System in accordance with the Quality Plan.
· Preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Quality Plan and procedures.
· To investigate and give approval for the selection of key materials and subcontractors when required.
· The surveillance of quality control works, planning and implementation for the inspections, required tests and ensure preparation of required documentation.
· To inform and advise the Managers, Superintendents of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Finishing Installations about potential or existing quality problems that may require action.
· To review the quality and give approval for the materials before ordering materials and equipment coming to site.
· To prepare Reports about non-conforming materials and construction, and to ensure that non-conforming materials and construction are not incorporated into Work.
· To ensure that all informational reports, certificates, approvals and control forms required for the start of work are ready prior to the work start.
· The planning and implementation of inspections and tests.
· To ensure calibration and control of on-site measuring and test equipment and devices used to determine conformance to specified requirements.
· To review material test reports and to assure that the specified tests are performed in an adequate number and results are in conformance with the specification requirements.
· To ensure and control that works are carried out according to the design defined by the Design Consultant.
· Delegation the responsibility for verifying the implementation of the Project Quality Management System, identifying quality problems and promoting their solution.
· Ensuring that a quality system is established and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001.

· Control the civil work activities (earth works, pilling works, concrete works, steel structure, finishing, embedded parts, laboratory and site tests for the concrete, piles and other tests.
· Control the preloading and soil improvement works and tests.
· Control the slipform for the construction of the chimney concrete shaft.
· Control the execution of the steel flue (construction, welding and insulation works).
· Control the materials of the steel flue, turbine generator foundations, electrical and control building, (anchors and embedded parts) for storage and handing over.
· The following up and control of the contractors' quality plan and schedules.
· Review the civil work contractors (CWC) working procedures and schedules.
· Attendances and Management for the technical and schedules meetings.
· Control of the measurements prepared by design offices or the contractors.
· Prepare estimations (quantities and prices according to the BOQ) for the extra jobs.
