Reviewing and updating the organization management on SAP for all accounts
and updating CC.
o Responsible for reviewing transfer and Promotion Modification procedures for
employees.
o Responsible for reviewing and entering the salaries and all benefits of new
appointments.
o Prepared HR letters and loan requests.
o Responsible for the full employee life cycle management " Offer proposals,
Transfers, Promotions, salary adjustments also, administer these changes on SAP
system and ensure the required documentation and approvals are available.
o Participate in the annual evaluation process and the annual increase.
o Prepare employees end of service procedures according to the
company policy
o Enhancing & reviewing different company incentives schemes specially sales
Incentive.
o Assist into Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits
policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits.
o Take the necessary process to enrol the employee in the payroll process by
updating his hiring information on System (SAP) and an Excel sheet.
o Participate in the analysis of some issues assigned by the direct manager.
o Contribute to the preparation of annual budget data regarding headcount.
o Preparing the penalties report (Admin, Legal, Absence) penalties.
o Reviewing all additional inputs every month before the payroll (Special incentive,
Bonuses, Grants, new hires).
o Supporting, assisting and directing the Team work.

Handling all recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, telephone interviews, interviewing job applicants and evaluating their skills and making recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.
Conducting new employees' orientation.
Creating and updating organization charts regularly.
Developing & updating job descriptions.
updating HR reports such as (Headcount, turnover, vacations, employees database)
Issuing of hiring decisions, internal transfers, promotions and resignations.
Handling employees' problems and employees relations.
Conducting exit interviews with employees upon notice of resignation.
Submitting weekly recruitment status reports to the HR Manager and when required.
Participating in calculating the turn over and suggesting ideas for reducing it.
Responsible for receiving the hiring documents from the accepted candidates and following up with them in the first three months.
Making Monthly KPI reports for all positions for each month.
