The role is entailed to strategically managing, overseeing and run all company operations and functions related to the new division from sales, marketing, operations, finance and cash flow reporting to the management board. I handed over the most prestigious and largest value project for the company acting as senior project manager managing for the SAR 350M (£70 million) office fit-out tower project which consist of 30 floors for semi government client delivering high quality office space using hi tech systems and top-quality materials. Also, I project managed three depots at Riyadh Metro project with BACS (a consortium among Bechtel, Siemens, Al Mabani and CCC group of companies).
