Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers - and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like.
- Helping the sales team to reach targets.
- Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research.
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.
- Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of capital projects from proposal study stage to completion and client delivery
- Present capital projects proposals, and sound alternatives, to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and control all phases of project, including of engineering design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, closeout, invoice review and approval, compliance, cost, schedule and quality of deliveries and changes of scope.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are complete by project start up time.
- Establish Project Strategy & Plan.
- Actively contribute to the company’s teams
- Control Milestones as per the payment terms of the project.
- Leading the team members
- Ability to work in a project site environment and maintain a positive morale & attitude during high workload with project deadlines to meet.
- Design highly technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components.
- Assist sales teams and management to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales teams and partners, as well as marketing development efforts, by bringing domain, solution and technical expert credibility directly to ongoing sales cycles.
- Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the client and partners
- Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits.
- Follow up and monitor the progress of tenders
- Support R&D to develop new products and define development
- Aware with latest technology and share knowledge with other departments
- Responsible to work with pre-sales teams to arrive at the best possible alternative amongst possible solutions
- Identify the service scope needed to fulfill the customer requirements
- Review the technical components of the proposals
- Attend technical meetings
- Work on Solutions technical papers, writing proposals and Projects Scope of work
Duties & Responsibilities:
