Assisting sales team in creating Database for prospects/clients for cold calling and business opportunities.

• Assisting in recruiting teams/individuals, contractors and manpower
(as per project/site requirement).
• Assisting in Material Purchase from Vendors, locally and internationally.

• Making Complete Cost Estimation (material/labor/other) (as per site visit & Layout Plan)
(Interior Fit-Out /Renovation/Decoration Works/ Ceiling Systems/Flooring/Raised Flooring/Glass & Aluminum Works, Wood Works & Partitions (low height/full height)/Sound Resistant Partitions(Acoustic Walls and Partitions)/Furniture/Window Blinds/Electric & Data Works/Paint Works/Safety & Security Works/ including all other jobs in Turn-key Projects).
• Drafting & Evaluation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) / Preparing Quotations / Billing & Invoicing / Purchase Orders
(Quotations against Tenders). Drafting terms/conditions and agreements /payment modes for Quotations. Making Quotations (BOQ) > Sending Quotations to Client > Corresponding with client inquiries> Negotiating and making Final Proposal> Billing & Invoicing.
• Drafting 2D simple Layout Plans (AutoCad).
• Market Research, Competitor Analysis & Competitive edge from Market Competition
(through Market Research/ Smart Pricing Strategy / Product Monopoly/Building relations and partnerships with Key stake holders/Importers/Wholesalers & Building Continuous and long term business relations).
• Project Assistant for Carrying out Jobs as per BOQ and Layout Plan (drawing).
• Working in coordination with G.M, Architects, Engineers, Contractors & Supervisors.
Assisting and all related aspects on project basis.
