 Oversee all the construction activities following the relevant quality procedure.
 Review and verify contractor monthly progress report and highlight areas of concern.
 Follow up on the project progress, identify risks and propose recommended actions.
 Review contractor monthly interim invoices and give recommendations to QS engineers.
 Prepare the monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
 Coordinate construction activities between the relevant trades in a proactive manner.
 Review all the contractor’s engineering submittals related to civil works
 Monitor compliance of contractor work quality of all civil activities on site.
 Manage non-conformances and review corrective or preventive actions proposed by contractor.
 Prepare correspondences with the contractor for any subject related to civil works.
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Projects:
 Construction supervision of Officer’s club & shooting range project as a development of the Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp at Doha, The project comprises the Officers' Club Main Building, a Multipurpose Building, a Shooting Range Building, Multi-purpose courts, Swimming pools, all associated Infra, roads, and landscaping works.
Client: Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya)
 Construction supervision of Al Khor Health Center. Client: Public Works Authority (Ashghal). The project comprises many buildings (Administration Offices, Walk-In Clinics, Laboratories, Pharmacy, ancillary building, mosque, waste holding, Service Building, and Substation) along with external works including car parking, utilities, roads, and associated soft and hard landscaping.
 Construction supervision of a Mixed-Use Development project. The project is a fast-track project which includes two multi-story buildings for different uses one of them a five-star hotel (Steigenberger- Doha) and the other a hotel apartment building with a retail shopping center in between the two buildings along with their associated external works.

Job Description:
• Manage all aspects of the project with available resources (manpower, materials, etc...).
• Execution for all works as per designed drawings / project specs
• Supervision for works of subcontractors
• Coordinates the execution of civil works with MEP Engineers.
• Review the quantity surveying tables and subcontractor’s invoices.
• Ordering of materials needed for the project.
• Attends site progress / technical meetings as needed
• Monitor the actual work progress at site
