-Mudon Ahlia Real Estate co. (Real Estate, Leasing and constructions)
-Pimco co. (Property management, leasing, Malls management)
-Kuwait Engineering Bureau (Architectural consultancy, Design and Supervision)
-Old Diamond Co.: working in Two fields as a Retailer with more than nine brands and
Food and Beverage with six restaurants local and international franchise.
Job Role:
Handling accounting entries for Four different companies with four different industries In addition to overseas subsidiaries, that gave me a great exposure to the Kuwait market and GCC too, Prepare periodic financial reports and report to the finance manager.
- In charge to prepare and deliver all financial requirements related to Tenders works.
- Managing Company's real estate portfolio and mapping accounting cycles for it
- Reporting leasing projects performance against the budget
- Responsible for Budget control, reconcile and comparing actual Vs. budgeting.
- Handling accounts for FNB and retail outlets: reconciliation daily sales, K-Net, credit card and the E- . commerce related transactions like (Talabat, Carriage and Tawseel) cash from sales to be deposited.
- Preparing daily cash position and bank position.
- Handling all Landed Cost Management transactions through Sage modules.
- Applying ABC Costing to restaurants' items and monitoring absorption accounts in monthly basis.
- Creating costing cycle for Food N Beverage items from in both periodic and perpetual methods
- Preparing back-office invoices for leasing clients and tenants for the company commission and fees.
- Preparing the aging report and following with the clients for payments.
- Responsible for the Fixed Assets register: recording, create barcode, additions, disposal, monthly . depreciation and finish the periodic assets count: semi-year, year-end count.
- Monthly closing and year-end audit and assisting in preparing the annual business plan.
- I have been involved in implementation ERP Sage accounting system, shift data from old accounting . system to the new ERP system and creating modules as: AR, AP, GL, treasury and fixed asset module.
Acting Chief Accountant for overseas subsidiaries companies in Egypt, KSA and UAE
- Handling accounts for Old Diamond subsidiary companies overseas in Egypt from daily transactions
up to prepare the year-end audit and income tax declaration.
- Calculate payroll, leaves, indemnity for employees and proceed to payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable and prepare payments for the suppliers as schedule.
- Prepare statement for social security subscriptions in Egypt.
- Prepare budget and cash flow and monitoring, comparing with the actual figures.
- Prepare and submit the monthly tax declaration for VAT.
