Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain employee database flexible enough to provide various kinds of statistical analysis so as to achieve the required information the concerned department or individual as and when required.
2. Responsible for the necessary documents related to new recruitment of employees.

• Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as race relations, disability, gender, age, religion and health and safety;
• Recruiting hiring staff: this includes developing job descriptions
• Administering time keeping and maintaining records relating to staff;
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
• listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Planning and sometimes delivering training/orientation, including inductions for new staff;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
3. Maintains and updates employees' personal file.

4. Prepares contracts and personnel record forms.

5. Keeps track of employees’ vacation/leave details.

6. Familiarizes new employees with the policies and practices of the Company.

7. Appraises the management of the implication of certain memos and
Instruction.

8. Prepares employment certificates, letters, memos, and fax for all Departments from the department.

9. Accomplishes periodic forms from various government and other

10. Organizations about company's personnel related information.

11. Supplies necessary employee information when needed.

12. Prepares replies of memos and letters coming to the department.

13. Coordinate the activities of recruiting new employees.

14. Data entry routine of personnel leaves request.

15. Processing of leaves request and prepares up-date leave balance.

16. Compute the accrued vacation leave, ticket entitlement…etc.


17. Verify job applications and completing the recruitment procedures as per company policy.

18. Initiating necessary documents for existing employees and complete final settlements in coordination with payroll accountant.

19. Updating of employee list and medical list.

20. Collate and prepare timesheet summary for each month as basis of the payroll.

21. Prepares the department operational report for the month to be submitted to the (UC..GM.

22. Co-ordinate air tickets and travel documents.
