as the Shop owner my responsibilities were:
Inventory Management:
Ensure optimal inventory levels through regular stock assessments and effective ordering processes.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a steady and diverse product assortment.
POS System Administration:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our POS system for seamless transactions. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff on POS functionalities.
Employee Training and Supervision:
Train and supervise retail staff, fostering a positive work environment. Provide ongoing guidance to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills.
Customer Experience Management:
Implement strategies to elevate the overall customer experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure visually appealing store displays that align with brand standards. Implement effective merchandising techniques to drive sales.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Set and monitor sales targets, motivating the team to achieve and exceed goals. Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend strategies for revenue growth.

My duties as a design engineer intern was to design water supply and draining systems, HVAC and insulation for residential and commercial building in Zarqa
Was responsible for handling customers’ complaints deescalate cases communicate with curriers and suppliers, following up with customers and suppliers regarding orders and issuing refunds and compensations accordingly.
1. Graduation Project (Automation, Fluid mechanics,solar panels system) : designed an automated an Irrigation system that alternates between sprinkling and dripping irrigation while controlling which section of the farm to be irrigated. the project required designing a suitable solar panels system and controlled the system using an arduino board and designed an auxiliary circuit (to mimic the working principal of a PLC ) . 2.Composite materials: Forming green composite material mixing (polymer as a matrix with multiple green fibers) and testing the effect of volume fraction on on there mechanical properties. 3.CAD & FEM: a. PTC creo: Designing and assembling a paper puncher and an anglepoise lamp. b. Catia: Designing a wheel rim for a kia forte car Taking into account the standards set for the loads on the car and the pressure inside the wheels and testing the static loads on it. 4. PLC & Electromechanical systems : a- programmed a ladder diagram for a car washing system using WPLsoft (Delta PLC). b-programmed a function blocks diagram for a bottle filling and capping production line using LOGO!soft (Siemens PLC).
