-Responsible for solving the technical issues related to façade engineering from the beginning stage to the accomplishment stage including the mock-up samples, shop drawings, facades structure, BOQ, fabrication drawings, assisting site team in the installation process, monitoring the budget, contact suppliers, checking the specifications of the facades products, and streamlining the work.
-Performing facade engineering design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, and engineering formulas.
-Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems and ensure the quality of building skin.
-Work closely with the technical manager on all technical matters relating to the projects.
-Undertake liaison and coordination with other designers, including architects, and other consultants.
-Reasonable for studying the project's facades drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, the BOQ, and the contractual data.
-Responsible for conceptual design drawings, methods of statement, installations phases report.
-Releasing shop drawings submittals for all architectural façade works \[Skylights, structural curtain walls, unitized systems, casements, fire Rating, bullet Proof systems, aluminum cladding, and Hardware sets\].
-Responsible for releasing the material orders, fabrication drawings. With using the optimal façade systems
-Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare façade engineering design documents.
-Assisting the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site and factory situation, quality, audits, report preparation, etc.
-Capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Forecasting the project duration(project planning), setting work schedules (using Gantt Charts & WBS), setting project budget sheet, and team distributions schedules.
-Meetings with clients, consultants, main contractor architect, façade systems specifiersand suppliers.
-Releasing and preparing of the budget sheet and cost estimates(quotations, the scope list, the financial coordination with the suppliers).
-Supervise, assign tasks and monitor the cad designers to accomplish the technical tasks schedule, checking the shop drawings submittals, releasing the project status report.
