After the full integration of the two operations (Atheer, and Iraqna) based on the best practice deployment, I succeed to unify and manage the integrated procurement with more than 22 Millions USD saving in the first year of integration through unifying and renegotiating the Power Contract associated with the our GSM network, as result I have been promoted to manage the whole supply Chain of the Integrated companies including, Logistics Operation, Procurement, and WH Management. I got the SC role expanded by building the trust in our role and demonstrate the effective participation as supporters corporate wide. We created the Decision Support Unit with Strategic goal of reducing the Average Handling time of each request by 10% a year for the coming 5 years and increase Hard Saving by 3% while Soft Saving 5%, Cost avoidance by 10%. The Annual Spend Through Local Procurement Crossed Quarter Billion by 2010 and we reduced the AHT by 48% (27-14 Days), While overall Saving Was 21 Millions USD and 5 Millions USD Avoidance.
