DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
• Ensure the Security of Personnel, Assets and flows in Site.
• Assists and advises the General Manager in all Security matters and issues.
• Ensure the Global Security Plan inside the Site.
• Ensure the anticipation and management of the Security issues concerning the Site.
• The Security Manager is responsible to organize, lead and manage the Security department to provide comprehensive security support to the Site.
2. - TASKS & ORGANISATION
-Ensure prevention, anticipation of risks, threats and issues with local information and intelligence connections,
-Keep a weekly log of « threat intelligence » for the zone,
-Organize, coordinate and plan security resources, including but not limited to escort planning,
-Prevent from fraud, corruption, theft, trafficking, malicious acts,
-Survey and control the drafting emergency response plan & evacuation plan,
-Survey and control the drafting of Security Plans & Standard Operating procedures and keep up to date,
-Draft information literature: notes, handbook, and reminders.
-Draft instructions and procedures (for sites, itineraries, etc.)
-Keep a weekly report.
-Supervise interface between security Management and Local forces.
-Ensure that the permanent localization of expatriate workers is safe and secure.
Assists and advises Site GM in Security matters and issues.
Ensure the Global Security Plan implementation within Orascom premises
Ensure the anticipation and management of the Security issues concerns
Organize, lead and manage the Security department to provide the proper comprehensive support.
Promote and develop a strong culture oriented towards continuous improvement and ensure adherence and to comply with policy and regulation.
Task and Organization
Ensure prevention, anticipation of risks, threats and issues with local information and intelligence connections,
Maintaining log of « threat intelligence ».
Organize, coordinate and plan security resources, including but not limited to escort planning
Survey and control the drafting emergency response plan & evacuation plan
Survey and control the drafting of Security Plans & Standard Operating procedures and keep up to date
Draft information literature: notes, handbook, and reminders.
Draft instructions and procedures (for sites, itineraries, etc.)
Liaise between security Management and Local forces.

Training
Provide Awareness Training starting from meet & greet briefing
Supervise periodical training program of staff.
Leading and supporting state security investigations within department.
Setting and implementing security and evacuation plans for the vital
facilities, hotels and VIPs within the Giza govern orate.
Chairing the crisis management events
Evaluating and supervise all other police department security plans.
Liaison with all other security department governmental and non-governmental.
Manage information relevant to security, including collection, collation, analysis and dissemination, to be used as a decision-making and planning tool by the UN Designated Official (DO) and Security Management Team (SMT) in a country to enhance the safety and security of UN personnel, assets and operations in the country.

-Produce and maintain Egyptian political parties Dashboard
-Produce focused assessments as required
-Professional all-source assessments on critical issues provided to senior management
-Liaison with political party’s focal points
2-Increase security and situation awareness
-Produce Daily updates
-Provide periodic briefings for senior officers
Help police officers have a better understanding of the operating environment and can make more informed decisions about the national security situation
3-Provide Head of national security and the president if appropriate with information required to focus security resources
-Provide input to Egypt Threat & Risk Assessment
-Produce Egypt's political parties TRA
-Monitor all threats to National Security
-Produce focused products as required
-Provide advice to senior management
-Conduct additional vetting of people of concern
-Reduced threat of infiltration and accidental loss of critical information
Identify internal threats and act to mitigate them

Achievements -Counter Terrorism & Crisis Management course with Cornfield University, UK - Hostage Negotiation course with BKI, Germany -I was involved in monitoring the parliamentary election in Egypt
Hostage rescuing and securing transportation of dangerous criminals
1- Training of the unit 2-preparing SOP's for the unit 3-insure the capability of the officers of the unit of fulfilling the tasks assigned to them 4-insure that the logistics needs of the unit are fulfilled 5-Lead the unit in intervention missions 6-prepare the training plan of the unit 7-prepare the examinations for the new officer's selection to serve in the unit prepare orientation program for the new officers 8-prepare the training program for the new officers 9-draw sketches for the unit to discus the intervention plans whenever we are tasked for. 10-Arresting armed terrorists. 11-Arresting dangerous drug dealers 12-Arresting dangerous criminals 13-providing CAT team to the VIP protection UNIT when tasked for. 14-Investigate any case in the barracks in case it happened. 15-preparing reports for the performance of the unit.16-prepare reports for the performance of the officers of the unit each year. 17-Insure that the fire protection system of the unit is functioning.
VIP protection 1-Personal protection of VIPs 2-Planning and execution of protection for high-level visitors 3-Responsible for coordinated personal protection operations for principal 4-Remain vigilant and alert within the proximity of the principal at all times and acts accordingly 5-Coordinate all activities with relevant parties and other appropriate security organizations as required 6-Prepare risk assessment for the VIP and update it continuously according to the change of the security situation 7-supervise the police officers in the unit 8-ensure that the unit have all the logistic needs to accomplish the duties tasked for 9-prepare training plan for the unit 10-coordinate with the focal security points while travelling to other country to prepare risk assessment for the Principle to prepare the security plan during the time of the meeting 11-Formulating &updating of SO
As Team leader for swat team unit, I was responsible for:
